Abstract

This study designs and maps an analysis framework of attendance patterns and students' perceptions of SiAbsensi digital attendance in class X-8 at SMA Negeri 2 Surabaya (36 students). The design is descriptive quantitative with two data sources: daily attendance records from SiAbsensi (present, sick, excused, absent, late) and a four-point Likert scale perception questionnaire. The relationships between context, data sources, variables, analysis steps, research questions, references, and result users were coded as an undirected network and analyzed using NodeXL Pro. The network consists of 46 nodes and 59 edges in one component (density 0.057; diameter 10; average geodesic distance 4.32). The Clauset-Newman-Moore algorithm divided the network into seven groups with a modularity of 0.650. SiAbsensi and daily attendance records had the highest degrees, while recommendations, attendance pattern questions, and SiAbsensi became the main connectors between groups. This map shows that the quality of attendance recap from the system determines all the following analysis, and serves as a guide for collecting and analyzing attendance data in the next stage
